Changing My Mindset Completely
So I have been PEing for almost 3 years now and I have gained little length around 0.2 inches and little girth as well for all 3 years. For this past year, I wanted to concentrate on stretching and jelqing to increase my length and do very little clamping, but for some reason I did not gain not see any length gains. I would stretch for 10 minutes and jelq for an hour and then stretch for 10 minutes after. My schedule was 2 days on and 1 day off. After not seeing any gains for 5 months, I took 3 weeks off to let my cock rest. I did this routine again for another 6 months and still haven’t seen any gains.
Now I’m thinking I should change my whole mind set of PEing altogether. I’m gonna concentrate on increasing my girth by clamping. Previously, I have done some intense clamping sessions 2 years ago and did make some girth gains, but they disappeared after I concentrated on my length. So now, I’m going to solely concentrate on my girth in hopes to increase my length because I heard clamping can increase girth AND length in some cases.
I already started on my clamping routine which was:
- 5 minutes of stretching
- 30 minutes of jelqing with horse 440’s included
- 3 sets of 10 minute clamping sessions.
- Warm down.
I actually saw some girth gains the next day and my piece even looked liked it gained some length, and a more fuller feel. Just wanted some of your guys opinion about me changing my mindset altogether.
Also, not sure if this is a good thing, but last night I woke up and I had an intense morning wood. I went to take a piss, and usually after I take a piss my erection goes away. But the thing is that my erection lasted an hour and I couldn’t get it down no matter how much I tried. My PC muscle was relaxed but my dick was still rock hard. After the hour my dick was really sore and then it finally went down. Is this a PI?
