So I have been PEing for almost 3 years now and I have gained little length around 0.2 inches and little girth as well for all 3 years. For this past year, I wanted to concentrate on stretching and jelqing to increase my length and do very little clamping, but for some reason I did not gain not see any length gains. I would stretch for 10 minutes and jelq for an hour and then stretch for 10 minutes after. My schedule was 2 days on and 1 day off. After not seeing any gains for 5 months, I took 3 weeks off to let my cock rest. I did this routine again for another 6 months and still haven’t seen any gains.

Now I’m thinking I should change my whole mind set of PEing altogether. I’m gonna concentrate on increasing my girth by clamping. Previously, I have done some intense clamping sessions 2 years ago and did make some girth gains, but they disappeared after I concentrated on my length. So now, I’m going to solely concentrate on my girth in hopes to increase my length because I heard clamping can increase girth AND length in some cases.

I already started on my clamping routine which was:
- 5 minutes of stretching
- 30 minutes of jelqing with horse 440’s included
- 3 sets of 10 minute clamping sessions.
- Warm down.

I actually saw some girth gains the next day and my piece even looked liked it gained some length, and a more fuller feel. Just wanted some of your guys opinion about me changing my mindset altogether.

Also, not sure if this is a good thing, but last night I woke up and I had an intense morning wood. I went to take a piss, and usually after I take a piss my erection goes away. But the thing is that my erection lasted an hour and I couldn’t get it down no matter how much I tried. My PC muscle was relaxed but my dick was still rock hard. After the hour my dick was really sore and then it finally went down. Is this a PI?

I don’t know about that, dangle. If you can hit the cul-de-sac, you may give your lady friends a new perspective on the merits of girth!! Tapping that sweet spot on the top side of the cervix will yield a reaction that you both may be surprised about.

It sounds like you’re REALLY over doing it. I would cut the jelqing time in half as well as the time of the clamp sessions. That would still be a lot considering you’re also doing horses.

This might have also been your problem during the past year. An hour of jelqing is most likely way too much.

The fact that you had such a long boner is a good sign and usually doesn’t signify over working, but I would still cut down on stuff.

I’m not sure if I’m over doing it. I remember some members would try to do 300 jelqs in one session and I would struggle to get to 150 jelqs within the 1 hour time period.

Within my 1 hour jelq periods, I would probably do around like 200 jelqs at MOST, probably not even because I try to jelq for 10 seconds for each stroke.

But I will shorten my jelq period and clamp sessions and test it out.

With jelqs it’s quality over quantity, IMO. I’ve read that doing ten to fifteen (60-120 jelqs) minutes of high quality jelqing (slow, consistent grip, ideal level of erection, etc.) is much better than setting a goal of 200-300 jelqs.

Yeah I don’t set a goal and count how many jelqs I do in the hour. Within that hour, I only care about that each stroke is 10 seconds long.

Question? Is the culdesac on the top part of the cervix? For some reason I thought it was on the bottom? Am I wrong about this? I hope so cause thats the direction my dick points! Lol!

A few things, skizmaata.

If you read dangleman’s signature, you’ll notice that he is more than capable of hitting the cul-de-sac on the vast majority of women.

Next, “tapping the sweet spot” as you put it drives some women wild, but many more just say “ow” and want to stop. Girth, however, up to a reasonable point, is universally acknowledged as desirable. I’m just saying.

Last, let’s keep the focus on NBP’s issue, as that is what this thread is supposed to be about. :)

PE in general seems like a ton of work for minimal to almost unnoticeable gains , it’s hard to believe we work at it so diligently for a mm or so , seems in a way fruitless.

Id say change it up for sure but I cant help but ponder how conditioned ones member must be after years of PE. Good luck!

I do 200 jelqs a day and I really believe I’m doing it incorrectly. I know it’s too soon for me to notice anything but it feels like I don’t get the expansion the entire time.
