Clamp items

I am trying to find a thread that talks about what items are needed for clamping. I have seen it before but can’t find it.

I just need to know where clamps are bought, etc..

Clamps are bought in hardware stores, probably even in Wal Mart.

Perhaps this thread has some useful information.

Whats the purpose again of using the Theraband or whatever.

Is it effective to use an ace bandage along with a song and then the cable clamp?
