jb, I imagine that clamping with a unified pressure such as those who use the inflatable clamps would be the most ideal but since cable clamps don’t have a unified spread I’m hesitant about putting the most pressure on the dorsal vein and my CS because I’d rather have a working dick than a large flopping one. When I started clamping my CS particularly was the most sensitive and would take longer to recover than the CC’s. By focusing on putting the pressure on the CC’s my sessions are longer and recovery time improves substantially.
As a note: It would seem that by clamping the CC’s (#3 and #4), my CC’s grow the most so my unit becomes wider rather than taller. Haven’t actually checked this… just looks that way.
