HEY While clamping or using a band or cock ring if the penis is flaccid should I erect it again. Or does it not matter. And how tight the thing be? Sometimes it goes completely flaccid to the point where the band is loose, well not to loose but around 40% tight

And I f my penis starts to turn a bluish dark color I’m assuming this isn’t a good thing right? It should white or red?
