Hi I’m using a rubberband a little thicker than the avg size one. I placed it at the base of the my penis. I use for about 1 hour. Should it be tight ?? But what I really want to know is if it would work or should I just use a cock ring or clamp. I’m Asian so I’m really small. I need a clamp or cock ring that can be adjustable to my size. I’m using this mainly for girth and was wondering if anyone had any good suggestions on which on to get. I’m looking at a clamp due to the ability that I can adjust it but if a cock ring is better than I’ll get for that. I want to use this not for sex but for girth. I need it; trust me LOLL! Nothing just started. Figured if I just clamped for about one hour day it would take effect . Maybe it might longer like 4 to 5 months to see some gains. In Asia women don’t really want it to big. So that a plus for me . But not really sure how to do this actually. Just figuring this out little y little from pros like you guys

Well I’m embarrassed to say this. I’m Asian remember that. Flaccid it about 2 inches. Erect its about 4 inches. I had this Asian girl one time and she didn’t mind. She just say it was the girth problem which isn’t wide at all . Don’t know the measurement for that.

None really . I tried jelqing for a little but now I’m just going with the toys. Can you recommend a clamp. Do you think its better? Once I get it that’s when I’ll start my routine .

Starting straight at advanced exercises will lead to “nowhere” or injury(ies).

If injury does happens, get ready to stay a long time away from PE … without gains, at the same size that you seen to hate.

Can a rubber band help you with growth in girth?

Very often as the tissue swells you cannot get the rubber band off which causes anoxia to the tissue and tissue necrosis. It short it can make your dick fall off.

If you want to clamp, if you have conditioned yourself, then due it with a clamp that can be easily removed. Rubber bands are dangerous.
