Clamp to grow girth - The one and only method?

Ive done basicly everything with no girth gains at all, jeling, uli’s, bending, compression squeezes, pumping.

Check out Remek’s “Focus your PE and Gain” thread. His theory seems to be working nicely for me so far.

I’ve just started Horse 440 squeezes and feel like I am on the fast track to 6” (I don’t want that much however). I do 10 sets of 10-20 second holds. I do my 10th set almost straight after my 9th and keep the manual clamp grip held at the base for 5 minutes following the squeezes (effectively a manual clamp set) which gives me insane expansion (with little to no fluid buildup between the tunica and skin). At the end of the 5 minutes, I keep the clamp grip held and do yet another Horse 440 squeeze (very gentle and controlled when squeezing the glans) to really maximize expansion, and then I put my whole unit under a cold running water tap as a cool down (having done the whole session under an infrared lamp).

Be very careful if you plan to try this however. A conditioned unit is a definite prerequisite.

Also note that I do firegoat rolls after the first 8 sets, to avoid discoloration.

There is indeed temporary fluid build up when you first come out of the cylinder. Those go away in an hour or so. When people talk about pumping giving “temporary gains” they are talking about that fluid build up.

Thanks for the information. Is pumping any good for length gains ? my unit does not wish to grow, having tried hanging, and manual stretches. so I am thinking about pumping. I have a pump but have not used it much.

Thanks for the many replies! A couple of good options as well. The extreme jelq sounds interesting and I guess it was performed in an almost erect state? From what I have learnt, jelq in 10-70% erect gives length while everything above that provides girth. Might try that to see what happens. Pumping can work as well but it seems very time consuming to me and it is not so easy to sneak around with it. Horse 440 squeezes while clamped must be somewhat dangerous but your description was pretty good “man-of-10”.

It is not that I am not satisfied with the gains I’ve received, more that I am bored of doing the clamp and search for a way to vary.

Do note, Steelfire, that the “clamp” I spoke of was simply a manual clamp using the forefinger and thumb and thus clamp pressure is entirely adjustable. Also note that a “sweet spot” in erection level is needed for this exercise. That sweet spot entails that you be at almost maximum erect size, yet still have a somewhat malleable tunica (so that the finger clamp at the base can be properly applied). This is achieved by working a semi up to an almost full erect by way of kegel-jelqs, as a pose to stimulation/arousal. You could call it a “fakey erection”:) .

I will be measuring tomorrow most likely. I’ve only been doing this protocol for less than 2 weeks so far (a few sessions), but nonetheless have seen visual gains. I will update on my progress.

Only about 65% of people report girth gains from clamping. About 70% from dry jelqs, about 60% from wet jelqs.

Source? I find that hard to believe. :)

Maybe I’m subjective, but month of clamping gave me gains equal to nearly half a year of dry jelqing. I never did more than 80 dry jelqs per session, but then again, I also clamp lightly.

Yeah, it occurred to me after I posted my reply… 66% is surprisingly low percentage for MSEG increase from clamping. I wonder if everyone who voted tried clamping for at least few months. Oh well.

But where did you get info about dry jelqs and wet jelqs?
