Great point. Who knows what would numbers look like if people started clamping right away (while keeping in mind to start very very lightly).

I hate to admit it (and I don’t very often around here), but I have done hardly any jelqing or stretching ever. I started PE straight-away with hanging, building up very gradually in minutes and pounds, and when I have messed around with pumping and clamping, I went right into them, albeit gradually. Luckily my dick seems to be made of steel as far as injuries go…

Personally I think that a very sensible and gentle hanging or pumping routine can be as safe or safer than a jelqing-based routine, especially pumping. But clamping does strike me as something that could really fuck up some guys’ dicks, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others unless they’ve tried everything else first.

Eh, after pumping and clamping every day for a month I actually lost girth. Pretty much the opposite reaction I was going for. I have since regained the the lost girth. I never felt any pain at all from my PE routine.

Just got the lost girth back.

For the past three months, despite doing PE, I never got past 4.68”.

Jelqing is the reason I gave up PE 5 years ago. I jelqed for weeks and I saw not a single mm in gains. Perversely I actually gained an inch in length.(Don’t know if it was a result of my PE or natural growth as I was 17 at the time) This time I started out clamping for two 2 minute sets and I’ve gradually worked my way up to two 7 minute sets and so far I’ve seen almost a quarter inch in girth gains. I think the warnings about clamping are purely to protect foolish newbies from destroying their dicks but if you take it easy you’ll be fine and get a much better girth workout than jelqs. In my opinion at least. Add heat, adequate rest days etc and you’re in business.

I haven’t tried pumping and hanging yet but when I hit that traditional 3 month mark I’ll start incorporating it into my routine.

One month ago I started jelqing, in a very aggressive way (to the point where I barely could stand the pain). I got more than 1 inch in girth.

Physiology is different for each of us. Maybe pumping works for you, maybe clamping would do the trick. I go with what I feel, using the intuition and working where I feel the need (right now, I have a thinner zone, for about 2 inches below the head, and I insist on that area, as well as on the head).

Anyway, DO something, as you will have better chances anyway than doing nothing.

Sorry dude but I don’t think so. 1 inch in girth in a month? I don’t think so.

Mix routine

Well it’s been a while since I left a message of support because I have been slagging lately myself yet I am living proof that peing works I have went from 4.5 girth to 5.2 to 5.7 base girth. At first I started to slow down because I thought I would be stuck at 5.0 mid girth and it was kinda of discouraging to me yet I am still getting girth gains even midgirth yet I have to say it’s not easy to get these gain for me because of my schedule. My routine consist of jelqing,clamping and electric pumping. I usually clamp first and then pump and also afterwards jelq. This is my usual routine. I hope this is helpful to some of you guys out there! Well good luck peing.

Yeah it might of been. Though since I wasn’t feeling any pain or anything at all that made it seemed like I was doing too much, I kept doing it.

Is there anything out there that says how often I should pump or clamp?
