OK, so I’m still a little confused as to what I am experiencing..

I don’t get it with clamping, but when I used to do a lot of intense squeezes/ulis I would get temporary “swelling.” My johnson would get really puffy/swollen/fat. This would be gone within a few hours. And I have yet to have any injuries..

Post-clamping thickness is not fluid build up. You are growing your dick! Like I said, you will know it when you see it— puffy bloated skin that is full of fluid.

I know initially when I clamp, my CC gets rock hard, but after a few sets it becomes less hard and it feels like the CC get’s puffy. Should I stop clamping at that point?

How do I know if I have edema?

The skin over the swollen area may be stretched and shiny. Pushing gently on the swollen area for about 15 seconds will leave a dimple. Taken from:

Would this apply to PE? I know I’ve had edemas before, but I don’t think it’s ever left a dimple.

I sometimes get that at the top of the glans from intensive V-stretch. The reason is probably the extreme pressure on the glans which is a result from the tight grip with one hand when stretching downwards with the other hand. Goes away in 30 minutes. I can also get it from hard jelq. But this is of course something bad and has nothing to do with gains.
