Big Girtha had a ton of stuff on clamping a while back, I’m just coming back after an 8 month or more hiatus but he’s the one that got me into some clamping for a while. If you look up all threads started by him I’ll bet you can get some good ideas for routines and results.
HOWEVER, even if you think you’re ready for clamping, understand that it’s one of the easiest ways in PE to really cause injury very quickly if you don’t know what you’re doing. Take it very slow and figure out what works for you.
Out of all the PE I’ve done over the past 2 years the only injury I sustained was while clamping, and I tend to be quite conservative in my PE. I want to grow it not break it. :)
