Clamping! Higher Pressure Or Higher Volume?

I just finished my first 6 week clamping routine and took 9 days off and am starting another 6 weeks of clamping. Now I have a question for the clamping vets and anyone else who has successfully gained from clamping.

What works best?

High intensity high pressure for shorter periods of time? Such as 3 sets of 10 minutes at maximum erection, perhaps with edgeing mixed in or squeezes. Just anything to create as much pressure.

Or is less pressure for extended periods better? For instance getting hard clamping the erection to a good expanded state then leaving it alone and letting it subside slightly? And do maybe 6-10 10 minute sets of this spread throuought the day.

Currently I do a little bit of both. I will do a high intensity routine in the morning for 3 sets of ten minutes, then I will do low pressure sets of ten minutes through the day. I just want my cock to be THICK!!!

^ yes I have read it multiple times. I have actually read most of the clamping threads it’s just seems like they haven’t been posted on in quite a while. Therefore I wanted to see how people’s experience was going more recently.

For me I have had the best results from clamping at full erection while edging. That is what has provided actual tissue expansion during my routine. Clamping at lower intensity has only given me fluid buildup which is what needs to be minimized as much as possible.

Hey IronHead, what have your results been over the first 6 weeks and did you take any rest days during that time? I’m on a pretty intense girth routine myself. I try to alternate between clamping, pumping and jelking; typically:
- 10 minute warm-up
then
- 10 min maximum erection clamp
- 10 min pump
- 100 jelks
repeat

I try to do the clamp, pump, jelk set 2 or 3 times for a total session time of 1.5 to 2 hours. I also sometimes will do an extra clamp in lieu of a pump, because I think clamping works girth better. I usually take a rest day every week or so.

I find a good way to get a rock hard clamp is to put the first clamp on when 70 or 80% erect, kegal and stimulate until fully erect, and then put another clamp on right on top of the first until rock hard. Once I’m rock hard I can usually take the second clamp off and stay rock hard. That way the clamped state hits more of my shaft. Anyway, my 2 cents.

I’ve only been doing this routine for about 3 weeks with no real gains to speak of yet, but will keep you posted. I’m also measuring my clamped girth because I figure if this increases slightly, it’s a good sign that my unclamped girth will be expanding soon as well.

I actually don’t really measure anymore because its too much of a mind fuck for me. Instead I go by look and feel. During my first 6 weeks I would take two days off a week usually consecutively but sometimes not. Honestly I would just go by how I felt. When doing clamping routines you know when you need a break for sure.

As for gains I would guess I gained perhaps 1/8” or so in girth. However since my 9 day break I have definitely noticed a big difference in girth since I have started my clamping routine again, and so has my wife! Or at least her pussy has :-) . This definitely gives creedance to taking time off for total recovery.

Also I would say do away with the two clamps all you need is one.

Girth work is absolutely a marathon if I gain a half inch in a year I would be ecstatic!
