Jelqing with higher or lower pressure

Jelqing with higher or lower pressure

Hi, I have some questions for all those that gained by using a routine that concentrated mostly on jelqing.

When gripping down on your shaft and preforming your jelqs did you create pressure in your shaft higher than that of a normal erection or lower than a normal erection?

And, when jelqing, is it better to grip harder with a lower erection or grip softer with a higher erection?

Slightly higher.

Your grip strength, regardless of erection level, comes down to ‘feel’. You need to feel the tissues expanding in front of your hand, like you are pushing a ‘wave’ of blood up your penis. Your jelqs should take 3+ seconds to do.

You should never feel that the amount of pressure you are building up is likely to cause an injury, but there should be enough grip strength to feel expansion in front of your hand, regardless of erection level.

If you are basing your routine around jelqing, you will need to work at various erection levels and amounts of time per jelq. Just try different grip levels to get the right feel. You should instinctively know when it is right, with practice.

I have both tried the low intensity jelqs and high intensity and have been doing the high intensity one for some time now. Low intensity is aimed at length while high intensity is mainly aimed at girth. Although high intensity is dangerous, if not done properly or following precautions, I personally feel you get more out of it when comparing it to the low intensity. My penis hangs much more fuller and thicker.

Past: 5-5.5" BPEL x 4.5" GIRTH

Present: 7.55" BPEL x 5.55" GIRTH (1 year progress)

Future: 8-9" BPEL x 6" GIRTH

I feel exactly the same.

Started: BPEL: 13 cm / EG: 10.5 cm // 27-06-07

Now: BPEL: 14.1 cm / EG: 10.7 cm // 18-10-07

Goal: BPEL: 17 cm / EG: 13 cm // Soon ;)

You got it right on, I stress thee + part as one gets more conditioned or based on ones dick size. If you are 5-6” 5 seconds is not an un doable thing. And as you grow up to 7-8” 5-10 seconds. But if you can discipline to do 5-10 even with a 5”-6” all the more power to you.

There is NO WAY of making gains with jelqs of lower pressure than normal erections. For if there was, you would already gain just by having erections. You need pressures higher than the normal inside the dick.

Just find the balance: high enaugh to cause plastic deformation, but not so high to create problems.

Good luck

Start: 6.9 BPEL x 4.9 (17,5 x 12,5 cm)

Now: 7.7 BPEL x 5.7 (19,5 x 14,5 cm)

Balance is the key.

A pressure builds up automatically as you bring the grip toward the glans. It is inevitabe, how much pressure you think you can handle is up to you. More conditioned jelqers can handle a great deal of pressure without injury.

Thanks for all the input guys, that answers a question for me that could mean the difference between gains or no gains. From what I understand, I need to create enough pressure inside my dick that is higher than a normal erection. Regardless of erection level or strength of grip, the combination of the two need to create a higher than normal pressure. From what I read around the forums people seem to think jelqing makes you grow by expanding the penis or stimulating new cell growth. All the comments in this thread seem to support the theory of growing by expanding or stretching out your penis, not gowning new cells to make it larger.

The stretching of the cells caused by jelqing may cause plastic deformation initially, but over time (and with consistent regular expansion) the penis must create new cells; there simply would not be enough tissue to allow girth gains of more than a small amount only from plastic deformation.

My theory is that gains from plastic deformation will be mostly lost if you take an extended break from PE, but if you have gained more than a certain amount of girth by consistent PE, you have created new cells and permanent growth.

There will still be a certain amount of plastic deformation at whatever size you reach, which will disappear after an extended break, so if you want, say, a final girth of 5.5”, you would have to get your girth to 5.7” or so for a while so that when the plastic deformation has gone, the final girth remains at 5.5”.
