Clamping in a routine
I’ve been doing ‘mem’s momentus gain mechanism’ routine and adding 1-2 sets of clamping on afterwords. I don’t really know how frequent clamping ties into overtraining, so I was wondering, is clamping better off done lightly after such workouts?
I was thinking of doing mem’s routine 4 days a week with a single clamp set on those days, and then on one of the off days do like 3 x 10. I just don’t want to set myself back, as its hard to gauge fatigue and overtraining with clamping for me.
