Clamping Routine?
Even though I’ve looked at most clamping threads, I never really saw any clamping routines. I’ve been jelqing a little bit on/off for the past 4 months, but 2 weeks ago I started clamping. Currently I basically do :
- 5 min warmup
- 5 min dry jelq
- 8 min clamping
- 5 min dry jelq
- 9 min clamping
- 5 min dry jelq
- 8 min clamping
I’d like some comments on my routine, and on when to start clamping longer or anything. By the way I’m 19, and believe I’m still quite cautious with PE. I do a 3 on/1 off, 2 on/1 off routine.
