Clamping Routine?

Even though I’ve looked at most clamping threads, I never really saw any clamping routines. I’ve been jelqing a little bit on/off for the past 4 months, but 2 weeks ago I started clamping. Currently I basically do :

- 5 min warmup
- 5 min dry jelq
- 8 min clamping
- 5 min dry jelq
- 9 min clamping
- 5 min dry jelq
- 8 min clamping

I’d like some comments on my routine, and on when to start clamping longer or anything. By the way I’m 19, and believe I’m still quite cautious with PE. I do a 3 on/1 off, 2 on/1 off routine.

The routine seems fine. The question is, is it working for you? If you don’t have any results either way, then a good indication of the quality of a routine is the state of your unit after a session (and thereafter). If it’s hanging heavier and is healthy, I’d stick with it.

That’s 25 minutes of clamping in one session. I don’t know if I would ever up that. If you do, I wouldn’t up it much. Has this routine been working for you? If it has then keep using it until you stop seeing growth.

25 minues, wow. I don’t think I could handle that on consecutive days. I’ve just started clamping (I only do 10-15 minutes depending on how my boy feels). I am a follower of XL’s belief that girth exercises should be done every other day. My PI’s take a downhill slide when I do girth exercises on consecutive days anymore. Of course that is what works for me, and not everyone is the same.

Hell I do 4 15 min and 1 20 min clamp just watch for neg signs
