Clamping Pumping and Hanging

Hell !! i cant decide witch is better and how i can organize them to be more effective.

I was wondering about doing :

> Hanging every days
> adding Pumping and clamping every 2 days

or

> Hanging and clamping every days
> then Pumping once a week (the weekend)

or

>Pumping and clamping
>then Hanging next day ( and so on )
>then pumping clamping
>Hanging etc…

Actually i am pumping 45 min and clamping 10/15min 1day on 1 day off

ive been jelquing for months and months … and nothing happened literally.

I prefer combinations it seem working better for me.

If I do PE on a day, I do all of the work. Make sure to take at least 1 day off.

Personally I think pumping is a waste of time for permanent gains. Only useful for temp gains that lasts only one day. Good to impress a lady for that day.

If you do it right, and long enough, you most likely will see a positive, and lasting, effect.
There have been numerous examples of this throughout the history of this site, and others.
So, please inform yourself before you speak your absolutes.

Personally, I’ve had 0 gains from pumping for 3 months 4-6 days a week, but had significant gains from 1 month of clamping 3 days a week.

If someone has a goal, and had a choice between something ineffective and something effective from my personal view, I’ll suggest the effective option. Everyone responds to exercises differently. It’s up to reader on what they want to do.

Also it would’ve been more informative for readers to share your opinion about what OP should do rather than get offended about my opinion.

To the OP, what’s more important to you? Girth or Length?

Right now I’m trying 3-4 hours vacextender (could do hanging for less time) followed by 1-2 hours pumping at 3-5Hg (30 minute sessions) four days a week. In between sets I’ve been trying the angion method to help with EQ. I think pumping needs to be last because of the edema build up.
