right after I started doing clamping I gained .25 inches in girth. I don’t do length/stretching excercises anymore because it seems like my length is growing and I already approached 7.5 but I’ll put it in my data as soon as i’m sure it’s cemented and “stable”. Now girth is hard but I can feel like it’s growing, just slowly, but the progress feels like it’s there, and it is usually at least 5.5 while clamped.
Anyway I clamp all the way at the bottom, as close to the bone as possible (with a part of a sock, folded 4 times) than when it’s clamped and hard I grab the head and squeeze it for 30 seconds. I do this this 5 times, 5 30 second “horse440” sets. This seems like it’s very dangerous, so I jelq at least a hundred times before and I hold my dick under some near-hot water (as long as it doesn’t hurt) for a little bit. After I do the sets I also hold it under some water, so I do a warm up and a warm down basically. I use to do this without jelqing but I would get blisters on my dick and it would hurt and itch, so somehow jelqing is still very useful even though it seems like its not.
Anyway this is a cock-traumatizing exercise and I need the clamp on the bottom because my hand is not strong enough to hold it for 30 seconds, but it seems to work.
