Clamping Question.

For people that have been clamping a while how many sets do you do and for how many minutes and how long did it take to keep climbing in sets.

I’ve clamping 20 mins 1 set a day for 2 months. Wanted to move to 2 sets just wanted some info on it. Also is there clamping forum? I couldn’t find one.

At the height of my clamping I worked from 3 x 5 minutes, 3 x 10 minutes, reaching 4 x 15 minutes within a month or two. I wouldn’t clamp over 15 minutes in one sitting, so simply chop your sessions into manageable sets between 5-15 minutes and you’ll be fine.

Ok, thanks man.

It’s only after several back to back sessions before you’ll see the tunica relax and increase your girth. I don’t see appreachable girth increase until the 4th session and then I’ll typically get a 1/8 to 1/4” gain.

Is it a general consensus that girth is harder to attain then length? Of course there are people that do a good job gaining girth. I’m talking as a whole. Just wanted to know so I don’t set unreachable or unrealistic goals.

No I think girth is easier to gain but the growth between the two is relative. Whereas in length you might be looking for 2 to 3 inches, in girth your probably only looking in the area of 1

I need 1.75 inches of girth to reach my goal of 6.5. There is no exercise like clamping that will take me there. I expanded 3/4 of an inch while in the clamp(3rd set). Girth is not easy, so far I haven’t cemented any girth yet.

If we could come up with way to keep the pressure on all day at a lower level like we do for hanging then we could solidify those expansions.

Wish I could give you an ADS for girth but I don’t think that would work. Perhaps a cock ring of sorts would hold more fluids in the structures but that might lead to oxygen starvation from not enough circulation.

I’m afraid because we can’t do the above that we’re stuck with whatever gains can be had and the only recourse is frequent routines to change the memory of the structures involved.

Hey drilla, do you think wearing those jelly rings created some sort of similar effect and helped you gain faster?

Possibly, however I’d already made most of my gains by the time I found the jelly rings - they may have helped with cementing and maintenance* though.

*starting to sound like a building contractor.. :p

Hey Monty,

Can you clarify what you mean by “back to back”? Do you mean one session right after another or consecutive days? If it is one right after the other, how long do you wait in between sessions? How long is each session? How tight are the clamps?

I’m really interested in clamping. I still need to wait a few weeks before I try it out.
