Clamping Question

I have been jelqing for 3 months now and I’ve decided to clamp. I was just wondering if this routine will work(I’m just guessing here) — stretching for 20mins after that clamp for 10mins? Does anyone think this will work? And how many times should I clamp per day and should I have any day off during the week?


Start : Lenght 6" Thickness 4.5"

Goal : Lenght 8" Thickness 6"

I think it could work but I can’t give you guarantees. Just try it for a couple of months and see if you make gains. I would advice you to clamp 2x10 minutes a day.

I’m trying a similar idea combining stretching with clamping, still working out the optimum way of doing it…

I clamp 4x10 minutes and hang an hour upwards and an hour downwards. I think doing girth work first is better. Otherwise maintaining the erection for clamping gets difficult.
