Clamping routine question
Ok, so when clamping, are you suppose to do it one time for like 10 minutes, and then do it again like 3 days later to allow proper rest time, or is the idea situation to do clamping at 10 min intervals multiple times a day, like 3 times a day, and then have a 2-3 day break?
Also, when clamping, are you suppose to just clamp and leave it alone and let it stay plumped, or are you “suppose” to do some minor bending to stretch internally?
Seems like there are several variations, I just want to make sure I do it right.
