Try reading up Bib’s LOT Theory 101..
It basically says that people with a really low LOT (7:30 is at the border IIRC) should concentrate on tunica stretching (stretching the Corpora Cavernosa and Corpora Spong.), but people with a higher LOT than 7:30 should try to stretch the ligament above (thus stretching the whole penis down.. with a twist to get the best effect).
It’s still not 100% scientifically proven ;) , but pointers are there that it could be right for a lot of people.
High LOT => Lig stretching => Gains by showing your “inner penis”
Low LOT => Tunica stretching => Slower gains by stretching the CC/CS of your visible penis
Be very careful and mild when doing lig stretching.. The ligs are very vulnerable IMO.
Oh and BTW: Yeah (inverted) v stretches are stretching the tunica (and the ligs somewhat).
My tip is: Don’t do both at once unless you are _very_ experienced in PE _and_ your body’s signals !
Do some mild lig stretching (=> down stretching of whole penis)..
If it doesn’t hurt after a few hours you should be ok.. Soreness is a bad sign when doing lig stretching IMO (quite opposed to what some others say on TP)
Do some V stretching (I think those incorporate holding your penis at the base already, don’t they?).. But make sure you really grab the base of your penis in order to avoid stretching the poor little ligs further than needed / wanted.
Ligs are bitches when they get injured !
