A Routine Question

Obviously the more you PE the better, however, what would you consider the minimum amount you should PE in a week? B/c in my situation it looks as though I can PE maybe 3-4 times a week. Is that too little of an amount of PE to see any gains? I hope you guys understand my question.

Some people do 1 on 1 off so it makes it 3-4 times per week depending whether you start on Monday or Tuesday.

I think 5 days a week would be the minimum. Either 5 on and 2 off, or 3 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off.

How much time per excercise and session, Last Warrior?

When I started, I did the Newbie Routine 3 days a week. Now I am doing a little more and still only 3 days a week. I have gained 5/8” length and 3/8” girth since March ‘04.

Well I just started so I’m just following the newbie routine as of now which is like 5 min hot wrap, 10 min stretch, 10 min jelq, 5 min hot wrap, and 50 kegels. I plan to follow this routine for 6 weeks and in doing so I plan to increase the amount of stretching and jelqing with each week.

i do 2 on 1 off, the newbie routine. if your new, that is probably the best thing.

Cool. I am 5 weeks in now and I am up to 4-5 days a week with warmup, 15 minutes jelq squeeze, 15-25 min wet jelq, warm down and kegals when convienent. I also stretch usually every night I am alone after a hot wrap.

I have have worked up to this and am careful and have not injured myself. I have had red spots from the jelq squeezes, but they go away within 12-24 hours.
