I’m going to give this a try. But I’m a little concerened about cutting the circulation for too long. Should I do these in 5-10 min sets? or shorter?

I wouldn’t go over 10 minutes. Even once you get experience, I think just going for 10 minute sets and taking circulation breaks in between is the better strategy. I sometimes just like to do multiple sets of 5 minutes.

Go for 10 minutes. When you become experienced enough, you can determine and experiment for yourself if going for 15 or 20 minutes is disadvantageous to you or not. I usually only do 10 minutes, but the other day, I was in a curious mood and decided to go 30 min. Of course, I monitered my penis temperature and sensitivity and nothing was wrong so I continued.

Warmup first for at least 10 minutes. The hotter, the better, IMO. Try clamping for 5 minutes the first time just to get used to it. Tight, but not too. Then work up to 10 minutes. Like Philadelph stated, take breaks after 10 minutes. Very good advise. Take the clamp off, massage the entire penis, kegel, slap it,…really get the bloodflow back. Make sure to really massage the area where the clamp was. Also, learn to do slow, controlled bends to the left, right, up and down while clamping. You will get the stretch of a lifetime. But be very careful. Don’t blow out your CC. When done right, you will feel a stretch all the way to the core of the penis, especially your ligs. The best stretch I have found.

Thanks Guys..I figured I’d clamp after my jelqing routine so I’m good and warmed up..Also, I’m on a 2 on 1 off routine, is this a good scenerio for clamping as well?
Off to Wal-Mart I go!

where would you buy a clamp to use for this? i remember reading it before, but i cant find the thread.

In what department can I find the clamp? At walmart?

Current Stats: 5" bpel x 5.5"

Goal: 8" bpel x 6"

I don’t know if I am alone here, but I tend to break the holding “tooth” on the clamps while using them on occasion. Make sure to buy two or three packs if you find them for good measure.
