Combining vacuum hanging/extending with foreskin restoration

I was wondering whether anyone here could give me advice on whether it would be feasible to run a foreskin restoration programme simultaneously with vacuum hanging/extending - would the one routine benefit the other, or would they nullify each other’s progress?

For low weights, you can combine both by hanging with a FR device like the TLC Tugger. I’ve been able to hang up to 7.5 lbs this way quite comfortably for up to an hour. After that, the Tugger starts slipping off. Hanging SO, this gives a great stretch to the foreskin, as well as the tunica and ligs.
