Comfort strap or tube/noose

I am going to order an extender but do I get one with a silicone comfort strap or the tube is one better then the other? Do you get better results with one then the other?

I have read up on both but I’m still confused it seems the more expensive ones and the ones that have been around the longest still have the tube I think if the strap was better they all would sell with the strap. one site says the tube will choke your penis is this right or is it a sales pitch I don’t want the wang to fall off I think of going with the Jes extender any advise anyone please.

You might want to read the AutoEXT review thread. I haven’t tried neither - except for an attempt at manufacturing a noose type ADS and that hurt like hell - but most people seem to prefer the AutoEXT.
