About 2 months ago I suffered a pretty bad injury. Whatever it was, it was a definate sharp pain on the base of my penis and on the right side—Maybe a ligament strain or even tear. I was feeling pain at random times in the day, and had to pinch myself hard whenever I saw a sexy girl, because an erection would affect the area and hurt me, and I was on break from masturbation so I could let it heal properly. I am fully recovered now and have been doing some very light stretches. Any tips on how to start up again would be greatly appreciated.

By the way, I have kept the .5 inch gain since my injury.

Take it easy for now. You might be more inclined to take a break if you feel any pain. You’re body will let you know if your “over-doing” it. Maybe do half the normal amount of jelqs/stretches your normally used to.

Do lite stretching and lite jelqing two days a week for a month or so just to see how it goes. If this gives you no pain increase it 3 days per week. Emphasize a bit of a firmer grip at this point don’t over do.
