Penis Injury Making Me Depressed
I posted on here like a month or so ago about how I was having issues with my dick after having, what I thought, was engaging in too much masturbation over the course of a few days or a week.
Basically I started noticing my softies were less “plump”, and the tissue when UNerect became somewhat rigid. Like if you normally tried to bend your dick when it’s soft, it would be as effortless as when you fold a shirt.
But I started noticing, ESPECIALLY after I finished masturbating, that when it went back to being “soft”, it would be somewhat rigid, as if was semi-hard.
I also feel as if, in general, I lost a tiny bit of length and girth.
I don’t know if this is actual size loss, or just my erections haven’t been as good since. I say this b/c my morning wood has been pretty lame lately (like when any of you has an injury).
At the time I think I gave it a few days rest, and nothing happened (this type of injury has happened before, but after a few days rest it would go away).
I kept on jerking off after that around once a day as usual, thinking it might just go away on it’s own.
Well it didn’t, so about 3 weeks ago, I decided to stop jerking off COLD TURKEY for a whole week.
NOTHING.
Giving up, I just went back to my normal masturbation routine.
3 days ago I even went to a urologist, and he said that it did seem a little more rigid than usual, but other than that he didn’t think there was anything wrong. Told me to take some Vitamin E in case I had an early onset of muscle tears down there. Said take 2 weeks off, and I suggested hot soaks, and he agreed. I asked if stress could have anything to do with it, he said not really. Basically gave me the whole dog and pony show, and said I’m too young to be worrying about this (I’m 20).
It’s been 4 days, and I’ve masturbated twice. I know, I know, go cold turkey, but it’s hard — no pun intended.
The slight rigidness is still pretty much there (it might’ve improved a tiny bit). But my morning wood still sucks, and no improvement on soft size.
I’d like to go back to a PE routine sometime in the next few weeks. I stopped doing them months ago when I was in college.
I could always go back to another urologist to get a 2nd opinion, but I have a feeling this is one of those issues that has something to do with like Proglasterones or testosterone or DHT or I don’t know, something that Chinese quack doctor online would know about.
I’d definitely appreciate any insight or advice you fellow members can share with me, caz it bothers me alot.

P.S.
Normal EL is ~ 8 inches (although recently it’s gone down to ~ 7.75), my goal is 8.5.
My normal Width is ~ 2 1/4 wide (gone down to ~ 2), not sure about girth, maybe around 5.5?
I’ve noticed improvements in the past doing PE, but that was coupled with Penis Pills, so who knows for sure..
I really want to get back on the right track though.
