Confused about my LOT

I’m really confused on how to determine my LOT.

Sorry everyone, I’m being newbish but how do I determine tugback?

How is it supposed to feel?

How hard do you have to stretch to feel it?

To me it feels the same at every angle when I stretch out.

Ok im a newb.. but maybe I can contribute. You take it when its flaccid and you stretch it out and flex your pc muscle(kegel). You keep stretching it further down until you can longer see the pull. It should try to retract. At the point you can no longer retract, that is your lot. (measure it like on a clock, straight out 6 o’clock, 12 being almost straight up)

Hmm, juding from my low LOT, DLD blasters should be the perfect exercise, correct?

Besides DLD blasters which directions do I need to stretch to hit all of the tunica so that there are no limiting factors in my growth?

I remember somebody talking about it but couldn’t find it. I think it’s because it wasn’t a topic but rather a reply.

I’m a friggin’ retard. I can’t figure out my goddam LOT. I pull, stretch, look, feel, and I’m still clueless.

Man I had the same problem.
To explain it in the simplest way…
Stretch out while you are 100% flaccid and just kegel starting from 12 to 7 o clock.
It’s not by feeling. OBSERVE and whilst you’re kegeling you will see a retraction. Do this from 12 to 7 o’ clock. Where there is no more retraction, is your LOT. Hope this helps you, I’m not the best at explaining this stuff.

The kegel part of the blaster will give you benefit, you can skip the RK’s when doing tunica stretches.

Stretch up, the tunica IS the limiting factor in your growth. Try normal stretches for a few weeks, then maybe add in fulcrums and other fun stuff. It might take a few months but you should gain if you stick with it.

When I hang OTS which really stretches up I will straighten my back even more than normal and get a really good stretch. I can feel it for a couple of minutes.
