The kegel part of the blaster will give you benefit, you can skip the RK’s when doing tunica stretches.

Stretch up, the tunica IS the limiting factor in your growth. Try normal stretches for a few weeks, then maybe add in fulcrums and other fun stuff. It might take a few months but you should gain if you stick with it.
