confused on LOT theory

confused on LOT theory

Hi, i just registered here a little while ago, basically after i saw Bib’s LOT theory. i have a few questions about it though….first off:
1) are you supposed to perform this test while standin up, sitting on a chair, or laying on your back?
2.) when i stand and perform this test, my LOT is at around 7:30 to 8:00…..does this mean i can stretch BOTH the LIGS and the TUNICA and benefit from both of them? if not, which one should i do?

basically….i just started PEing about a week ago, and my LOT is already low :( …around 7:30 and 8:00 ……. thanks a lot for this wonderful forum!!!

I believe standing or laying on your back would be more accurate.

Just concentrate on the ligs, stretching at the lower angles for now. When you get to 7:00 or below, start hitting the tunica, the upper angles.

thanks a lot bib….im just working on length gains right now…….so if i just ONLY stretch, but stretch a lot, and dont do any jelqs, do you think i will accomplish some good gains from that?

I also have only just joined and have a couple of questions on LOT.

Firstly, which thread do i use to provide my detailed information?

Secondly, after reading the LOT theory i found that my LOT is 8. However, last evening i did some JAI stretches and was then going to do some DLD Blasters. I did my 100 kegels pulling my penis up towards my chest and began pulling my penis straight out at 9 o’clock. However, i found that i was feeling no tug whatsover on the kegel. It was only at 10 o’clock that i began to feel a tug.

I must say that this has me confused. Any ideas on why this has happened and what does it mean?

At what angle should i do my DLD Blasters. I guess there is no point in doing them unless you feel a tug on the kegels as you will not feel any loosening on the reverse kegel.

Congratulations on developing this theory Bib. Hopefully it was save us all from a lot of wasted effort.

It’s quite possible that your PC muscle was exhausted.

I have a question of my own, if you’re unsure of your LOT (I’m still not sure how much the tugback has to go before it’s truly LOT as there always seems to be tiny bit). So, if you are stretching downwards (JAI stretches in my case) and you’re feeling a good stretch and the days after you do them you can feel that work has been done, but you think your LOT is quite low (7-8), could it mean that your LOT is in fact not quite what you think it is?

And do people with very low LOT’s feel a good stretch on their ligs when they stretch at say 7-8? (Assuming they have an LOT like DLD’s).

I missed this in your other post…sorry. Use a stretch position that works at your 10:00 position. Depending on which stretch you use some adjustments will be important to accomplishing this but I can help you.

Point at which you feel kegal

It sounds like your LOT is 10:00. Or perhaps the upward stretches raised your LOT temporarily.

Do them below the level of your LOT. The push from RKs will push out the tunica and help put even more stress on your ligs.

There is quite a difference between say 6:00-8:00. If you are 7:30-8:00, you still have some gains potential in the ligs, judging by the LOTs of the big gainers. At some point in time, I lost the feeling of good work within my ligs, and I know that it was because of the lengthening of my ligs and the tunica beginning to take more and more of the stress.

If you can feel the work in your ligs, then you are probably making progress at your current angles.

When you do your test, be sure to only look for the tugback. Try to ignore the feeling of the flex of the PC.
