Correlation between girth and premature/delayed ejaculation?

Correlation between girth and premature/delayed ejaculation?

Specifically, head girth. I have a theory that premature ejaculation is often influenced by a large head girth, while delayed ejaculation can be caused by thin girth in that part of the penis. The logic behind this is obvious: the less friction that is placed on the glans, the less sensation and naturally less pleasure. Not going to start a poll on this right now, but I wanted to get your thoughts and anecdotal evidence.

Well, I have a large mushroom head that’s proportionately bigger than most guys and can honestly say I’ve never experienced any type of premature ejaculation. I’m assuming I last as long as any other guy. But I’m not someone that can go on for hours having sex. Probably just average.

Ejaculatory latency seems to be regulated more by one of the serotonin receptor types rather than anything in the actual penis. That’s why SSRIs make you unable to blow a load.

Start (Initially August 2008, Properly November/December 2008): 6.9x4.9

Currently (September 2010): 8.5x5.75 (6.25 inch head girth)

I think we’re really talking about the nerves in the glans, not the size of the tissue itself, right? You’d first want to know how strong the correlation is between glans size and nerve count, and then move from there.

I think there is no correlation.

I’m not assuming perfect 100% causality. I am saying there is a correlation. How can a guy with a 4 inch head girth possibly feel as much sensation during sex as someone with a 6 inch head girth? I think it is just simple physics - with zero friction it is not possible to reach orgasm (in most cases). With near zero friction, it is very difficult to reach orgasm. Perhaps it is more causal of delayed ejaculation than premature.

Then you should also add that circumcised guys has got less sensibility in the head than uncut guys.

Start: 6.3 BPEL x 4.5 MSEG & 4.5 BSEG

Now: 7.7 x 4.7 x 5.5 BSEG

Goal: 8 x 6

Sure, that might be true, but I’m not so sure. I got circed as an adult and have not noticed a big loss of sensitivity.

Head size is just one component that makes up friction. There is also tightness of vagina, (lack of) lubrication, position, etc.

If it was just about friction, then a guy could go OK with a “large” girl and have premature ejaculation with a tighter one. Instead, if a guy suffers of premature ejaculation, then he goes this way with any woman. It’s mental.

Starting BPEL: 6.9" (Dec.1st, 2008)

Current BPEL: 8.11" NBPEL: 7.63" BPFSL: 9.09"

Current MEG : 5.6"

The idea is interesting, but maybe a google search on the subject of premature ejaculation could help making more educated guesses.

Yes with the same amount of nerves I think you ejaculate faster with a larger head.

Interesting but in my opinion not true. I do have premature ejaculation and large head but ejaculation comes from prostate. So I would ask if guys who have premature ejaculation have bigger prostate.

Also, note that men can have ejaculation when sleeping(without any stimulation) - so nerves in penis don’t play as big role as it may look like. It’s mind and prostate.

Keep in mind that nocturnal emissions occur during a dream usually. Your brain is capable of faking any stimulation you might be receiving in your dream.

My name is sarcastic.

I have an interesting situation.

I have 6.1 inches girth all the way to the head, where it shrinks greatly to 5 inches, like a missile. I also take, and have always taken , quite some time to ejaculate even when I dont want to.

Im pretty sure not only that this is caused by less friction when coming out of the vagina, as opposed to guys with mushroom heads having it all the way in and out, but also that this diminishes a lot the pleasure of the woman and makes my penis feel a lot smaller.
