Had another question related to this, so I have been measuring again and I think the discrepancy really is with the dorsal skin. Everyone moves the scrotum out of the way. Of course no one is measuring around their ball sack too, but for guys like me.and others how does the dorsal skin play a role in your measurment, you could kind of pull it up.any suggestions?
