Sorry for my absence guys …
I am clamping maybe 2 sessions of 10 minutes each every day …squeezing while clamped . . and watching closely, though that does not guarantee avoiding yet another injury. I get little blister-like spots caused by the terrible red spot attack I got awhile back; I think those cells have been semi-permanently stretched and are prone to go right back to being stretched as soon as I start clamping again. But, they go away pretty quickly. I am back to 5.25” girth, PRE-workout (5.5 after), after having dropped back to my normal 5” during my injury. I am hoping against hope to hit 5.5 , just another 1/4 inch . . with a normal erection (NOT after a PE workout, but, say, 2 days after). At 8.25 x 5.5, I would be happy. At 8.5 x 5.75, I would be satisfied enough to quit (if it would stay, which I think it would NOT - I am not at all sure about the long-term retention of PE gains!).
*I measure PRE-WORKOUT, normal erection* Started: 7 EBP x 4.9 EG. Several years on and off PE, now 8.125 EBP length x 5.5 EG midshaft (5.8 base). Working on girth (clamping) again after breaks due to injuries - fast recent gains! Pics
