Thal: I DID gain length during a relatively short period of hanging, way back when. Nearly an inch, I think. But now, I am more concerned with girth. And YES, I am trying this time not to get yet another injury. I think my girth gains in the past from clamping have all been lymph, which is fine, girth is girth, but I have not experienced the permanent gains in actual MEAT because I have not gone more than 3 months without injuring myself and having to lay off! This being said, I think clamping is AWESOME and is THE way to gain girth …just ask Big Girtha, who has a fire hydrant in his pants.

Welcome back dangleman, I know this time you probaly will be successfull sooner or later around in your PE endevors. :) If something feels different or weird like you never felt that feeling terminate whatever your doing for a while and see how you feel then and if that’s ok maybe push it a little furthur the next time when you have good confidence you won’t injure yourself again.
