Geez, it has been a long time. Injuries, relationships, etc …lost my modest gains (sob) and now have to get back in there again. Going to do clamped squeezes solely for awhile and try to get some girth… . clamp at the base, then squeeze up and down the shaft to increase the pressure further while the blood is trapped, for about 10-minute sessions - while trying not to blow out a lymph vessel. I am too lazy to do heat first - any of you guys really believe it’s necessary for GROWTH (as opposed to injury-avoidance)? Some guys had interesting theories based on what’s done in the medical world for ligaments, ie: heating, stretching, then cooling while still stretched …

I am back to just over 5 inches girth and just over 8 inches bone-pressed … it’s the girth I want, at LEAST 5.5, to balance out my length. Here we go again!

What was your routine? Did you get a lot of length gains from jelqing ever.what was your jelq routine if so?

Tiger: I combined limited hanging with jelquing and a LOT of manual stretching all day (including doing (pocket pulls just about everywhere incuding at work) to get the inch.

Starting back now, just go 1/8” back pretty quickly (girth) so that is good. Now at 5.25, still way too skinny for my length, MUST hit 5.5 rapidly …
