Deconditioning break
At this point it feels like I have maxed out and gains have come to a halt. Rather then going into extreme methods that might cause even more conditioning, I’ve chosen to decon and come back later and start a light routine all over again. In the meantime, I will work on reducing fatpad.
Is there any advice anyone can offer, for those who have taken decon breaks before?
Like knowing when to come back, how much decon is enough etc.
