Deconditioning question
I have been off and on irregularly for a few years, but steady since the beginning of Febuary this year.
I think it’s got to where it wants to be and doesnt want to go any further.
I don’t count anything before Feb. Because I wasn’t steady and I took a long break before I started being steady at it.
So I am at 6 months and my plateau has been for 3 of it.
Time for decon. Break.
So do I just stop cold turkey.
Or do I taper off.
Or how about once a week very lightly.
And how long should I break for.
I really don’t want to take a long one, so I’m hoping a couple weeks to a month will be enough.
