Yes, it is a sheath that you roll on like a condom more or less, except it has roughly 1.5” of extra mass on the end. It is shaped like a penis and is made of that “cyberskin” material that when dry feels tacky but when wet feels realistic. It is smooth, no ribbed texture or veins or anything.
The 8x6 was also shaped like a penis, yes. It’s girth is 6” throughout the entire shaft and about 6.25” at the base for maybe the last inch. I didn’t insert the last inch into my girlfriend, so she didn’t get the 6.25 inches. The 8x6 wasn’t a hard plastic dildo, but rather a soft but FIRM jelly design. It feels much more realistic than a plastic one that you could knock someone out with if you hit them right.
If you have any other questions, let me know. I think the next thing I may venture to try is putting the extender on the dildo. I tried it the other day alone just to take measurements and it yields a unit nearly 10” long and 6.5” in girth. Of course the length is not what I’m curious about, as I am well aware of her limits in that department. I would however like to see how she reacts to 6.5” of girth :) I’ll keep you posted.
