I´ve examined the perineum area and I´m fairly sure that I have located the right place, but I can´t get that head expansion. Should you kegel at the same time as you press the bulb?

No. Kegeling at the same time isn’t necessary. Pressure from one or two fingers should be enough. You should have a full or nearly full erection to be able to transmit the pressure to the glans. Having the corpora cavernosa full of blood turns the corpus spongiosum (CS) around the urethra, which is normally expandable, into a pipe for conducting blood to the glans. Without the erection the pressure you place on the bulb may be “absorbed” by the expanding CS and little will reach the head.

I’m going over some of my “bookmarked threads,” and I thought this one deserves a bump. Particulary due to WestLA’s explicit information (being provided only two months of his membership — no wonder you became a Moderator so fast :) ). Perhaps this should be a favorite for anyone trying to learn about the penile anatomy. Maybe this is a good thread to add to the “Newbies Start here thread”?

I think the reason this thread isn’t popular is because of the title. “Diagram idea” isn’t as cool as “Amazing anatomy information!!@#!@”
