Did anyone catch the Dr.Oz show on "The life span of the Penis?"
This was a very interesting show because he went from puberty to 60+ years of age and the preventative maintenance that is necessary to avoid ED typically starting in the 40’s.
I recorded this program but for obvious reasons can not share it here on Thunder’s for copy right reasons.
I can tell you about it and field any questions you might have so fire away.
He explained why erections in puberty can be motivated by the wind blowing and why multiple orgasms are common place.
He explained why in our 20’s a guy is at his hormonal peak and everything is working to it’s maximum.
He went on to describe men in there 30’s and how this is the time to really take a look at how we live our lives and what habits need to be formed to prevent problems with ED 15 to 20 years down the road.
In our 40’s is when problems begin to show and why. Most problems are associated with weight gain and how the long term effects of poor diet begin to show in our vascular system. Eventually these habits are the real culprit behind ED. Everything concerning how our penis works is dependent on the vascular system being able to supply enough blood to produce good sustainable erections. He also explained why, in our 40’s, a failure to perform can lead to psychological performance anxiety which can exacerbate a vascular problem and it is also about this time that hormone levels begin to fall compounding the problem.
As hormone levels drop so does our drive and can even lead to genital shrinkage. With the drop of those levels there will be the need for additional stimulation to obtain an erection. Complicating this can be a loss of erection during intercourse. In most cases erection drugs can be a big help.
All of these things can be helped or avoided by a good diet.
Some of the dietary things he suggested for improving our physical condition is Saw Palmetto twice a day. L-Arginine. Bananas. Cranberry Juices.
and believe or not watermelon daily.
He did go on to point out how an enlarged prostate can not be shrunk back to normal.
I’m going to go back an watch this program again and take some additional notes to share with you here.
