Difference between ADS and wearing something in your sleep

How come people say not to wear things while you sleep, but you can ADS for all day?

Because you could be doing damage and not noticing numbness or pain while you sleep until it is too late. You could also move into a position that causes you harm, or you could have a nocturnal erection that your contraption could strangulate or damage.

I’m not an expert, these just seem like common sense concerns to me.

You can get away with wearing a cockring to bed, as long as it is not a tight one. This will make your nocturnals into mini constrictors. I do it every once and again.
