DLD Blasters...Un-Real Length Gains

I do the A stretch. I think the pulling motion I do is pretty smooth. I usualy do my stretches while seated on the toilet! LOL

The weird thing about this is that I only feel this new “strain” while standing or lying down and doing the stretch up toward my chest. It may be tunica stress and that may be very good for me. I am going to take it slow and easy for a few days with doing these stretches and see how it goes. At this point I am going to try to do just sets of 5 stretches 3 to 4 times per day and see what happens. I’m hoping that this “new to me” stretch may be hitting a limiting factor I have had and didn’t know about. I have been stuck at 7” BPEL forever and had kinda given up the idea of getting longer. I will try this and see how it goes.

I think this may be just what you need to break that 7” deal. I was stuck at 9.5” until I started doing these. Good luck and please ask if you need any help.

Once in the “A” Stretch pull your penis to a good solid stretch straight out. In this position do kegel. (take note of how your penis will pull back as the PC muscle flexes) Hold this Kegel for 5 seconds. Feel the pull back? If not loosen stretch a bit…your main objective on this part of the stretch is to feel that slight pull make so the next part of the exercise can be felt. The idea on the Reverse Kegel is to take your stretching capasity beyond normal and this is accomplished by the Arm pivot, Fake arm Pivot or Increasing pull on Dual Fulcrum.

You should continue to do rep sets of these. (formula 5sec Kegel, 5 sec Reverse Kegel= One rep. x 50) [/B]

Its not anything from the text that you put there. One the first page where you wrote about the DLD Blasters, the last step(#5) was do finish off the workout with a 1 minute keggle then a one minute reverse kegel. I was wondering if you stretch while doing those one minute holds, or do you do them without a stretch.

My Bad…That last kegel is done till failure with no stretch. You have read the updated text? I made some modifications to the language to help make direction clear.

Oh. I skipped pages like 3 - 18 so if it was there then I didnt read it. Can you copy those modifications to this new page?

I’m doing these with just a one handed stretch outward, will that work?

Actually I know it’s working, but what I mean is, will I see any weird side effects?

You may experience a longer dick. No, really, Even if you do not use the “A-Stretch” method I would suggest you still Blast. Blasting will hit your ligs in any stretch…I just think The “A-Stretch” is the most powerful manual stretch.

I really think this dld blaster is a good idea for me to work on and i have througly read your instructions and hope to be able to successfully do your “A” strech. So as of tomorrow since today is an off day I’m adding this to my routine.

Cool…I hope you do well. Let me say this about the”A-Stretch” If you are not able to get into it please use an alternate mathod until you are able. I don’t want anyone getting discouraged from the Blasters based on the “A_Stretch” I am in the process of trying RB’s fake arm system…Hopefully I can post instructions with illustrations on this real soon.

Hey guys,

I seem to be having a problem that I think most would welcome. First I am using RB’s method of a ‘fake arm’ to do the modified ‘A-stretch’. I use a palm down grip. My thumb and index finger take grip at about where my circumcision scar is about a half inch from the glans. I then take my other hand and using a palm-down grip again place it under the first hand. I do these modified ‘A-Stretches’ in bed lying on my back. I have a vacuum cleaner attachment which I use as the fulcrum. I then raise my legs with the knees bent, my feet are still on the bed but my knees are pointing up to the ceiling. The attachment is placed on my legs and a I drape my penis over the attachment and begin the stretch. Simply put I can put so much stress in this stretch that it scares me and I know it is not skin-stretch that I am feeling because when doing this stretch I can let go with one hand and I find that I have a lot of play in the skin near the base. I am really paranoid of pulling too hard and screwing something up. I know most of the problems people report when trying manual stretching is being unable to get a firm grip. For me I can get such a good grip this way, that I am almost frightened to pull as hard as I can for fear of screwing something up. Is anyone else experiencing this? What exactly could I screw up if I pull too hard. Is there a doctor in the house?

I love the sound of that!

I would look at this as a good thing and listen very closely to your body. Just because you have the extra stretch capacity does not mean you have to use it all. Take things slow and as you feel able use your potential.
