Re: DLD Blasters
DLD, I earlier performed a session (50 sets) of your Blasters today on my stretch day, and 3 hours later, I am still experiencing soreness in the ligaments, kind of like a dull, low, aching sensation. I tell you, I never have had the afteraffects that blasters have given me that manual stretching has done!
As a matter of fact, after reading up on the technique on how to perform your A-stretches last week extensively, and also looking at the drawing that you provided, I decided to finally incorporate them, actually, seeing how I can now feel my ligaments being stressed, I have discarded manual stretches, and am now soley doing the A-stretches, along with the DLD Blasters. I can now experience the feelings of my ligaments being sore! And it’s a great feeling, too!
For this, I humbly thank you for providing an advancement in the field of PE!
