DLD Blasters...Un-Real Length Gains

DLD, I earlier performed a session (50 sets) of your Blasters today on my stretch day, and 3 hours later, I am still experiencing soreness in the ligaments, kind of like a dull, low, aching sensation. I tell you, I never have had the afteraffects that blasters have given me that manual stretching has done!

As a matter of fact, after reading up on the technique on how to perform your A-stretches last week extensively, and also looking at the drawing that you provided, I decided to finally incorporate them, actually, seeing how I can now feel my ligaments being stressed, I have discarded manual stretches, and am now soley doing the A-stretches, along with the DLD Blasters. I can now experience the feelings of my ligaments being sore! And it’s a great feeling, too!

For this, I humbly thank you for providing an advancement in the field of PE!

6gofor10, this paragraph is so impotant. I think that reading all the infomation is so important to doing the exercise correctly. I think it becomes easy for some to just read a small part and go off with partial knowledge. I have found that the men who have read and understood the Blasters and A-Stretch have benefitted in most cases. I’m happy you understand this and have made these you main stretching exercise. I also use them exclusively and have not stopped gaining yet. Good luck!

Hi

While using the DLD strech should I be able to feel the tugback when I clamp my PC muscle at the angle you strech at?

Bib told me i should strech using downward angles and i have potential to gain out of my ligs:)

but i dont feel tug back down there when doing DLD blasters, so dont you have to feel tug back when doing DLD blasters?

DLD Tried the blasters with the A stretch. Can do them but at 6.75 not long enough to really make an A. Get a good stretch though.What do you think? THANKS

The tug back may not happen at the angle you are Blasting. The vital part of the DLD Blaster is the Reverse Kegel and taking advantage of the Lig stretch capability during the Reverse Kegel. The tug back portion of the Blaster is there to make you more conscience of the PC muscle and to feel the transistion from Kegel to Reverse Kegel. If you are not feeling a tug-back this may only mean you do not have the potential to feel it at that angle. The Blasters length potential lies in the RK portion of the exercise.

This is fine, just keep working at it and over time the “A-Stretch” will come easier and easier as your penis gets longer and longer.

DLD- Thanks for your help! Was with another site 4 months and only gained 1/4 in lenghth and 1/4 in girth. Looking forward to the blasters. If it will help anyone it was easier for me to get in to the A stretch while standing up. Thanks Again!

I think that is helpful. I used to stand up to set up the “A-Stretch” then sit down. I had to do this when I first started engaing the “A-Stretch” I forgot I did this. I think this is a very important detail. Thanks CL

DLD- I am a little confused. If a strong PC might hinder gains why do the keggles to strenghthen it? THANKS

The Blasters serve two separate purposes. 1.) Strengthening the PC Muscle on the Kegel and 2.) Lengthening the penis of the Reverse Kegel. Both objectives are very valuable. We want a very strong PC muscle for erection firmness and general penile health while we want a route around the PC muscle to stretch the ligs for length this is accomplished when we combine the stretch with a reverse kegel.

I just explained this to someone in a PM here was my explaination:

I like to heighten the understanding of the mechanics of my exercises with the men I work with. With the Blaster this seems to be the best approach to doing it correctly. The basics of why the Blasters are effective if done right are very simple. The main support of a stretch to the penis is the PC muscle. When we lengthen the penis our focus is on lig stretch. This creates a problem in most men. The reason being when we attempt to stretch the ligs the PC muscle is taking up most of this stretch. The Blasters have a by-pass system of this problem. When we engage in a Reverse Kegel with a stretch the PC muscle is now relaxed and the stretch is being solely supported by the ligs (suspensory ligaments). In very basic terms when we reverse kegel and stretch the only thing holding our shit on is the ligs.

DLD- Thanks for clearing this up. I understood the principle of why we should do the blasters this way, but I really guess I didn’t understand the importance of a strong pc if it would hinder growth.

A strong PC muscle actually increases erect size because of the greater ability to hold blood in the penis. The PC muscle is good in this way but during stretching it also has the ability to hinder length gains and this is why the by-pass of the Revrse Kegel is so important.

DLD- Perfectly clear now. Thanks for this and your earlier help with the blasters. I haven’t measured in a while but I feel like I am really getting a stretch like never before. I thought I was stretching before but nothing compared to this. Thanks again!

I have read your thread and posts about the Blaster and want to thank you very much. I use a PJ every other day with 8 minutes of simple stretching beforehand, and was wondering if it would be ok to do the Blaster on the off days. Would this be too much and be taking away from my gains or do you think it wouldn’t. I just started PE about 2 weeks ago and am new to the exercises. Thanks a lot.

By all means…YES do them. The Blasters are a very safe exercise that anyone can do. If you need help on them please ask.
