Mike I’ve been experimenting with (my own version of) bundled tunica hanging (as well as fulcrum hanging and Straight Out to hit all angles). How I do it is, while hanging my regular 20 lbs Straight Out, I SLOWLY twist the hanger close to 360*, hold it for a few minutes, and then rotate it the other way. This reminds me of the old ‘bruiser 180’ squeezes so I hope I’m not doing any hidden damage, bottom line, be EXTREMELY careful if you try these. I get good soreness from all these hangs.
After switching from lig to tunica hanging, finally, for the first time my flaccid seems to be hanging a little lower. Time will tell if it translates to erect gains though.
