Is this something that would vary from person to person? Isn't there a point where the harder you pull, the more your natural reflex pulls back your penis? Maybe this is what the reverse kegle is supposed to correct.I appreciate your reply.

I am going to describe this with as much emotion as possible:)
Let me first say this:
1. A Long Cock that does not get very hard
(IMO in most cases, this comes from very good lig stretch ability but very poor PC muscle work)
2. A Short cock that gets rock hard
(These guys have very strong PC muscles, In many cases so strong that hitting the ligs is very difficult)
3. A long, thick, hard Pipe
(These guys have found a way to consistantly strengthen the PC muscle but also have the ability to hit the ligs)
Now the DLD Blaster tries to serve the purpose of number 3 in two ways:
1. On the Kegel there should be a tug of war that goes on for 5 seconds between you and your PC muscle…this is inplace to create resistance against your PC muscle…the tug back feeling is actually like lifting weights for you PC Muscle. This 5 seconds f the DLD Blaster is spent strengthening and pre-fatiging the PC muscle.
2. The movement into the Reverse Kegel serves the second important purpose of this exercise…A TOTAL UN-FLEX OF THE PC MUSCLE…During this phase is when you should take advantage of this position:
WHY?
When you do a reverse Kegel the majority of the stretch is no longer being supported by the PC Muscle but by the suspensory ligs. These ligs are difficult for many people to hit but in the Reverse Kegel position you now have access to them.
The movements should be very smooth from Kegel and tug of war to Reverse Kegel and max. stretch. the 5 seconds spent on each movement should be just as important as the next rep and the one after that. Really concentrate on these movement and take full advantage of each part of the exercise.
