Is it better to do these bends and squeezes while sitting or standing? I usually mix it up when I jelq, because both positions offer a different feel. It feels like I’m trapping more blood when I jelq standing up, but I can’t maintain my erection level while jelqing and standing… it’s too much damn work!

I’m still confused about the “DLD Bends”, even after watching Gandolf’s videos. I still can’t figure out the proper motion, and I watched those clips over and over. Practice makes perfect, I guess.

How many times a day do you do these supersets? Is this just a once a day girth routine or do you also do other smaller routines throughout the day?

Do you think it’s best to (if you have time of course) spread the supersets in half and do them 2-3x’s a day? I have the time and as I posted do it 3x’s a day. I think of shocking then stopping, getting rest and nutrition or going about my day then coming back to shock routine again then follow up with one more before rest.

What do you think?

Secjay and longborn, I think the blood leaking out is most likely back flow in the arteries providing the inflow. Over time pressure can equalize, and you get the effect you speak of. The only alternative to combat it is to fully clamp it off, ala tightening the uli thing down…

This is certainly too extreme for newbies, but not that extreme for vets. I do basically very much the same routine with some horseys in it, but have been gainless for damn long time. DLD, do you think that I should add more time to my girth routine, which goes like this:

2 min dry jelq (approx 40 strokes)
45 sec Uli#3
2 min dry jelq
45 sec bend
2 min dry jelq
30 sec horse440
*4 times = approx 25-30 minutes

How long does that routine of yours takes to complete?

I have try this routine today, it’s pretty impressive, my dick was really sore when i stopped (and my hands too :) ). It takes me between 50 mn and 60 mn, i wasn’t really looking at the clock. After the 5th set it was really hard to maintain a decent erection, i have to kegel every 10 strokes. I was just wondering about something, is it normal to lose the large aspect of the dick after the final hot wrap? Would it be better to forget the last hot wrap to keep the blood in the CC a longer time?

I managed to keep up a bend for about 20 seconds or so last night.
I gripped as hard as humanly possible at the base, and then tried to get the ‘rolling’ motion that You’ve described happening dld…

I bent about 30 degrees. How far do you bend? I thought it was over on itself like a horseshoe? Because if it is, I can’t hold that.

I do not like doing anything standing up *doublelazydaddy*:D but seriously, IMO girth is all about erection level and the work you are able to do within this level. I would opt to sit if this is the most optimum for erection level. Newbies should take note that this is a routine you will want to do later down the road, work on conditioning your penis first and when you have reached a level of duribility ,in a sense, then progress to more extreme sessions.

The bends are worth the practice. These have been the main exercise for me that brought me the most girth. Understanding them is key, just like the Blaster, if the idea is lost in the “net language” then it is very possible no gains will solitify. Asking questions is so important to clarify these moves, understanding them correctly in many cases is the difference between gains and no gains.

The motion in the Bend is very similar to an inch-worm, no pun intended:D , the way the body takes on a slight curve that runs the length of it’s body. You are trying to simulate this using your hands.

I do them in one set. For me it is very important to have a set workout time that I stick to. After this workout my PE is done for the day. However, I would be very curious to see if this method works for you.

I can’t wait to try the uli thing. Thanks to Bib(Bigger) I am very close to a full recovery on my injury. (the tear right below the glans) I am looking forward to the uli thing and hanging.

My routine takes about 30 Minutes now. I think your routine looks great. I think that sticking with this routine with some slight modifications may be what you need to do. Intensity is so important in gaining girth (vets only). Working beyond the comfort level is sometimes difficult to see/do but I think it is worth the search. Find your limits and push yourself to that level. I’ll send a PM with more clarity.

Frenchy, this sounds awesome. Going to failure was once a part of my workouts. It got me to my initial goals fairly quickly. As far as the wrap is concerned, I don’t do them anymore. I used to be very religious about my hot-wraps but I stopped them and have not noticed a difference. I think they are very important for a newbie but after a while I think a well conditioned penis does not NEED them.

Sec, the bend is slight. The harder the erection the slighter the bend. The idea is not so much to make a giant curve, it is to create compression line along the plain of the corpus cavernosum. The slight bend does this, the rolling of the bend trains specific line of area.
