I’m in the same boat with you guys in terms of girth. Having anything under 5” seems worthless to me. But don’t let my bad attitude bring you down. These are the main feelings behind why I’d like to be a little more “meaty”.
I tried doing Horse squeezes every other session for two solid months. It felt like something was happening, but the measuring tape told a different story. I’m at a loss as to what to try next.
