Just want to say that this supersets are really incredible, i’ve never had a tool that big before, on both state flaccid and erect. For me it seems to work on lenght too, don’t know if it depends on how i make the workout. I begin at 90% erect and finish between 70% and 60% (really sore). I think that after the 4th or 5th set i’m working on lenght. The only differences are that i use 2-3 seconds strokes when jelqing and finish with some uli’s.
I have achieve my first goal after 2month, i just hope i could achieve the second one in the next 2 month with this supersets.
For the moment i’m looking to add a second session during the day but this time for lenght, DLD have you one superset for lenght too? If someone have any ideas they would be welcome, just PM to didn’t pollute this post :)
