Do you squeeze when you're clamped?

I wanted to hear from as many clampers as I can: do you squeeze or jelq to increase pressure when the clamp is on, or just let the pressure created by the clamp (and perhaps edging, kegeling, etc) do the work?


*I measure PRE-WORKOUT, normal erection* Started: 7 EBP x 4.9 EG. Several years on and off PE, now 8.125 EBP length x 5.5 EG midshaft (5.8 base). Working on girth (clamping) again after breaks due to injuries - fast recent gains! Pics

Clamped head squeezes and kegeling while clamping killed my erections. I just watch porn and maintain an erection while in the clamp. Very few times I edge, but sometimes it’s inevitable.

I just started doing some VERY light semi-erect bends while clamped. I have tried doing some squeezes, but I didn’t like the way they felt. It put too much pressure on the skin.

I both kegel, edge and squeeze.
I get max. erection with edging, then squeeze under the clamp for about a minute. Then I edge again until I get max. erection again, and squeeze..

I’m on another clamping camp right now, I’ll give results with pics afterwards.
Oh, and BTW, I sometimes squeeze just behind the head, too. So it becomes a double squeeze + clamp.

And , I use a hose clamp instead of cable clamp, and always tighten it gradually throughout the set.

Yes, Horse440s and Head Mashing alternating at the end of each set for only 1 minute. The pressure felt great throughout and last time I saw what I thought was a vein on my head.

I use 2 clamps and i squeeze as well - I also tried jelqing, but dry jelqing is very uncomfortable for me and wet jelqing while being clamped is a huge mess.

Never had any problems with pressure being too high. My problem is that i can not get a good expansion otherwise, no matter what.

Still I would not recommend it because we all know it is dangerous…

Do you squeeze with the hand at the base or how? Do you clamp only for a minute?

Getting erect and clamping does not increase my girth but when I get erect, clamp and edge my girth increases by 3/16”.

Mind you I have not mastered being able to edge for long, after 2 or 3 minutes I lose it (the opposite of ejaculate) and just stay clamped.

(Not for newbies, completely stopping blood flow is BAD and should not be done for any length of time. I go about 2-5 minutes then start jelqing fresh blood in.)

If you are losing your hard on, perhaps you are not clamped tight enough, or your dick is expanding more than you thought possible under the increased pressure, and is just appearing softer. I had that problem, now I tighten the clamp about another notch a few seconds after the initial tightening. If you get to the last notch, and still have blood flow into the dick, add more wrapping material. I use Futuro sport wrist wrap from Walgreens or walmart over top of a baby sock. I also noticed that if I kegel, and get girth expansion in the shaft of my dick, I don’t think it is tight enough. I continue kegeling for max expansion and, keep clicking the clamp tighter until I can’t kegel anymore blood into the shaft. I try not to measure compulsively anymore, but my dick tells me that it is stretched to the max. After a couple of weeks of this, I found that one clamp wouldn’t give me the tightness I was used to any more. So I added the second clamp about an inch in front of the first one, and that adds insane pressure. I’m buying another couple of clamps today, gonna try and turn it into a beer can.

I do 2 x 5 min. Sessions. When clamped, I kegal and edge, and constantly check for numbness (I am paranoid) . Between seesions I do Horse440’s and jelq.

Yep and light bends it’s beyond dangerous even for someone with my level of experience. My favorite thing I like to do which I call full throttle is while clamped I bend my dick down to the right or left grab it with the right hand if I bent it to the right. I grab it over the gland so maybe only the first two fingers are on the shaft than I twist it like the throttle of a motorcycle and hold for a few seconds.

It’s something like this:

I use one clamp nowadays. When I do that for a minute, my erection isn’t full any more because of the extreme pressure and some pain. That’s why I have to make it stand up again with edging, and I do it again.

I do 3 sets, 15-20 minutes each.
