Anyone come across this guy on YouTube?

I am in no way affiliated with him.

Yes, I’ve been watching his channel for a while. He’s one of the more reasonable ones IMO although I don’t agree with him on 100% of things… that being said he purports to be a doctor so I am at least open minded in the areas I disagree with him in.

Personality-wise… meh… he strikes me as very insecure and a little stunted maturity-wise.

Him and BD have a supplements and PE gear business together, so you do have to keep in mind they have a direct financial stake in PE, so take everything with a healthy pinch of salt.

I do appreciate his minimalistic approach to PE: manual stretches and pumping, not going over an hour per day total.
That’s kinda what I’ve been doing for a while, although admittedly not very consistently.

STARTING: BPEL: 5.9in EG: 5.0in

2018: BPEL: 6.7in EG: 5.3in

NOW (start 1/2024): BPEL: 6.9in. EG: 5.4in

I recommend a lot of his videos. I think like anything in PE, you need to research a lot and learn about everything. Take what works for you.

Stop setting goals, set objectives without limitations.

5.5 NBPEL Start~~ 5.7 NBPEL- 2011 ~~ 5.75 NBPEL/ 4.25 EG 2012 (Stop 11 years- Started again 4/2023 same stats as 2012)

6.25 NBPEL / 6.75 BPEL / 4.75 EG (5 EG w/ C-Ring over ball & shaft) / Grower 4 FL - 4/2024 ~~ (Objective 6.75 NBPEL / 7.25 BPEL / 5.25 EG & Solid EQ)

I JUST watched his Anti-kegel video. What are you guys thoughts on that?

Then (sometime in April 2024) - BPEL : 7; MEG : 5.3 ~

Now - BPEL : 7 - 7 1/4 not sure; MEG : 5.8

~ 8.5 BPEL X 6.5 MEG IS WHAT I WILL ACHIEVE ~

I know what he is getting at, his angle is that this is not the holy grail sit on your ass solution, he even shows you how to so some exercises that should produce some good results and alternatives. He does point out for who this is good for. I do believe that too much kegels can be bad and I have read many who believe the same.

I don’t agree that it works for me not to do any. I have to be a multi orgasmic man so I need to train my muscle and dick to be one but I don’t overdue it. But as I always say it is good to hear all sides and keep researching.

He seems to mean well and I’ve had some positive exchanges with him. I helped/encourage the Hink "vs" Dr. Brandeis (P-Long) debate to go down, and I thought it went well all for all parties (Hink, Dr. Brandeis, and the viewers).

While I haven’t always agreed with all his perspectives, he comes from a place of knowledge and doesn’t appear to be pushing any one particular thing or agenda (and I wouldn’t fault him if he did end up selling his own methods, supplements, and so on, he would have every right to considering his contributions to the community & scene).

Contributions aren’t always tangible things like inventing devices or developing new techniques; they can sometimes be something as simple as extensive community involvement (in many number of ways).

I must say… I appreciate his approach.

Cautious, less is more, manual exercises where possible, and using techniques which have been studied scientifically.

I’m currently trying to motivate myself to get going on a consistent routine again and will be basing my routine around his advice.

Basically:

Manual stretching, which I have already started in the morning while showering, and vacuum pumping at night, with 5 minute sets. The one thing I will have to figure out is whether I can tolerate the higher vac pressure he suggests…
Up until now I’ve always pumped at 5inhg, and I’ve kept my intervals at 2 minutes, but he recommends closer to 7in hg.

Since I’m uncircumcised, I’m worried about excessive edema, but we’ll see I guess 🤷🏻‍♂️

Looks like informative stuff, however, I will triple-check everything he says.
