Here is a little routine that I made in hopes to not only add length but also stretch the scrotum.

1. Start in fetal position
2. Pull penis between legs
3. Lock legs together
4. Do a hard reverse kegel and hold
5. Straiten out body(as much as possible)
6. Release reverse kegel
7. Do one normal kegel every second for 5 minutes

I wouldn’t hold this for more than 5 minutes for circulation reasons. Anyone who try’s this please let me know how it works for you.

I’ll give ‘em a go for sure :)

BTW, I see that there is no fulcrum being made like the Blasters “A” stretch or a “V” stretch.
I wonder if there is a way to add a fulcrum to this?

And why is it called “pogo”?

Im sure you could add those but how comfortable would it be?

I call them pogo’s because the fact that its between your legs and the kegel makes a sort of jumping reaction… It just seems like a pogo stick to me :)

Since I have been doing this exercise I have been hanging flaccid about .25 inches longer. While this isn’t a HUGE gain it makes me wonder how well this will work over time.

These are working better than I once thought for ball stretching. When its hot outside my testicles hang almost an inch lower! This not only looks beter but gives more skin for you penis to grow with.

I always believed this too Doc, that is why I continue doing Testicle Health exercise.
