Doc's Pogo's
Here is a little routine that I made in hopes to not only add length but also stretch the scrotum.
1. Start in fetal position
2. Pull penis between legs
3. Lock legs together
4. Do a hard reverse kegel and hold
5. Straiten out body(as much as possible)
6. Release reverse kegel
7. Do one normal kegel every second for 5 minutes
I wouldn’t hold this for more than 5 minutes for circulation reasons. Anyone who try’s this please let me know how it works for you.
