Does anyone kegel while jelqing?

Has anyone tried this? What I’ve been doing for the last few days is for every ten reps of jelq, I’ll do a strong kegel so my boy fills with more blood, then do a long, slow jelq. I’ve been getting a great pump doing this, but want to make sure that I’m not overdoing things and being counter-productive.

Anyone else try this concept?

I always kegal while Jelqing, it helps it to keep erected as I normally go flaccid during my Jelq sessions

Kegel, grip, jelq, kegel, grip with other hand, jelq. Repeat.

Gives your PC muscle an extra workout too, as well as giving you improved engorgement during jelqing.

Never tried it because I always keep the erect state I want, if I do it I can go 90% and that would be a little uncomfortable for me. People that usually can go to flaccid during their sessions do that.

I do it every rep, for 25mins.

This method is called the Power Jelq. You can do 1 strong jelq each 10 reps. That is what I’m doing. But don’t rely on my tips, I’m “newbier” than you probably loll :P

I was working on a new exercise about 6 months ago and I kind of put it on the back burner. But maybe this is the right time to start it again.

Reverse/Foward Jelq: Basically what it entailed was a the first hand does a palm down slow(5 seconds) hard jelq at 95% erect while doing a reverse kegel. The second does a palms up normal jelq while doing a kegel (5 seconds). Once the motion is going the expansion is amazing. Give it a try.

If you don't take the time to do the PE exercises how do you expect to gain? The fairy godmother of PE?

Is the ‘palms up’ jelq the standard or traditional way of jelqing? I’ve been jelqing ‘palms down’ the whole time, with the exception of a few reps using palms up technique. Could someone please clarify this?

I think it’s a matter of preference really. I prefer palm down. This allows me to get as close to the base as possible.

Just whatever feels right to you. When I started PE, I did palms up jelqing for several months, but then switched to palms-down jelqing because it feels like I get a better workout. Like Leatherface said, you can get closer to the base by doing palms-down.

Thanks, Leather and Super. I pretty much figured it was a matter of preference. I guess I just wanted to get a feel of what people usually do.
