Zero libido and a very poor EQ (despite a presumably healthy lifestyle) is likely indicative of underlying causes you may want to explore. I’m no medical professional, but what’s the point of these gains if you can’t even be bothered to use them someday, you know what I mean? Despite my lack of a medical degree, I don know from personal experience that certain factors like stress, medications, and others can be holding you back. Also, try and avoid adult/erotic content if you are experiencing this level of EQ & libido, desperate means for arousal I’m afraid may do more harm than good (especially until you get to the bottom of it).
How long have you been experiencing this lack of sexual motivation? If it’s been fairly persistent, I’m giving you the friendly advice of seeking a professional’s opinion :)
Now to answer your original question - it’s hard to say since I do truly believe PE exercising’s efficacy often varies person-to-person for a number known & unknown factors. I can say this much: for me, having a positive EQ actually helped with my gains because it allowed me to sustain semi-chubs during wet jelqs in order to ultimately edge/balloon my glans. I found that this unique method worked quite well for me many years ago, especially in the length department, and I am certain that if I had a low libido and low EQ, those gains would not have been possible.
I’m wondering if you’ve tried pumping to see at least see how much EQ/blood-flow you can sustain? And/or maybe a cock ring? Either way, definitely consider my initial suggestions re: possible treatment. Good luck!
