Hello boys. I can add my toughts on this one. I can tell you that every day when I do streching exercises I have to masturbate or have sex 15min before workout. If I don’t my dick is holding too much blood and it is very stiff. I can’t strecht it. Right now I’m doing everydaystreching so always masturbate before workout. But only streching. Before girth you can’t do it. You need blood to make it bigger. Just my toughts!

Btw I have make gains like over 1” length and 0,5” girth

I’m just starting PE and finding that about 2 hours after a PE session I’m quite horny. Previous to my PE regime I masturbated 2-7 times a week.

What effect does masturbating have on PE success? Is it bad to masturbate before/after a PE session?

I Masturbate after my routine and I still have gains so I believe personally it may not prevent gains but it could hinder them but it is all to do with the person specifically.

I guess it all depends on whether you can live without masturbating.

How soon after jelqing and stretching should you want to orgasm? Well I just want to jerk off straight await. Is that advisable. Like would it be beneficial to growth or affect it in a negative way.

I don’t think ejaculating would do any harm, more the wanking process after you just put your dick through a workout. But if your gentle it should be ok.

You seem to hit the nail on the head.

A lot of guys defending excessive masturbation are probably just afraid of giving up that fix of sexual relief and respond accordingly. I know when I decreased masturbating levels my gains SOARED!!

It can be tough at times not giving in but you soon overcome that and in the end it’s very liberating and beneficial to your PE.

I find it interesting how this question never dies. It is asked over and over again by new members. It seems that every new generation of newbies want to know the answer to this very simple question, and how each new member asks the question with such energy, like it is a new concept. It is also interesting, and somewhat understandable why the question tends to irritate the forum vets. Since it is one of the most commonly asked question, if not THE most commonly asked question, perhaps there is a reason all men new to PE feel this question is pertinent. The reason the question, “Does Masturbation Hinder Gains” is constantly being asked is because the answer simply is YES.

Yes it does slow gains if you do it excessively. Let’s face it guys, if it looks like a duck and quacks, it is most likely a Goddamn DUCK! We ask the question because it FEELs like it slows gains, and it does. Of course it does. It also slows down sex. We hide in denial about this because we all love to do it. All men, of all ages do it, love to do it, have done it from the beginning of time, and will continue to do it. We, here at this forum, probably do it more than most, because we are a group that is specifically interested with, obsessed with our dicks.

This thread is what, five or six years old, and the question is still being asked. The answer is refuted because:

1. We don’t want to hear that we should, God forbid, restrain ourselves from orgasm one or two days a week.
2. We, older members feel saying yes to the question will discourage the new, young guys from continuing their efforts in PE.
3. We, most of us, especially my generation, had it drilled into us from the time we first popped wood that masturbation was evil, unhealthy, “You will go blind, get pimples, grow hair on your palms, go insane. So we defend slapping the monkey with all fervor.

You don’t have to be a monk and take a vow of chastity, but yes, your PE routines will be more productive, as will your sex life, if you leave it alone a few days, two days, one day, even three or four hours before you do your routine, especially girth work.

It is not such an issue with hanging, because you want your dick perfectly flaccid for hanging. However, if the shaft skin is sore, beating your meat into a pulp before your routine, you will spend less time in the hanger. For vacuum hangers, it is easier to get them on properly if you have at least a semi.

Before asking this question again, take a look at what westla posted on the very first page of this six year old thread, Post#5: Here he gives some very good reasons, and I concur with all of them except one. West says NO. I say YES. But like most veteran members of this club, I do feel his misery in dealing with this ever asked question, because the question is very much like a young man’s dick:
